Zakary Ryan Mann of Paw Paw, MI died on August 22, 2011 in Vero Beach, Florida. Zakary was born on August 2, 1990 in Georgia, the son of Toby and Stacy (Andrews) Mann. He graduated from Lawton High School where he excelled in academics and weightlifting, holding many school records.
Zak spent some time as a student teacher at the Skills Center in Lawrence his senior year where he was invited to Ann Arbor to give a presentation on the program. The State of Michigan awarded a special tribute for academic achievements to Zak upon his high school graduation. Zakary is survived by his parents, Toby and Stacy Mann; brother, Samuel; paternal grandmother; Helen Mann; maternal grandparents Samuel and Jeannette Andrews and maternal great grandmother, Jean Delusa. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James Mann. Funeral services will be held at the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw on Friday, September 2 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Wildey Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
