Wynell Hatfield, age 82, of Kalamazoo, MI, passed away Wednesday, May 25th 2022. Wynell was a 1957 graduate of Paw Paw High School and a member of Cornerstone Church in Portage, MI. She was formerly a bus driver for Paw Paw schools and loved being able to drive, even some of her own grandchildren. Wynell was a deeply loved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend. She was a proud servant of the lord and took every opportunity to express her love for Jesus and her family. One of her last texts to one of her daughters was "Jesus is coming soon and I am ready to go." She loved being surrounded by her family and her friends. Her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren loved their "Granny" tremendously. Wynell was the Matriarch of her family and she welcomed anyone into her life. Everyone that knew her, knew her as the most precious and sweetest woman. She was truly loved by so many. Wynell's ultimate prayer was that everyone in her family make heaven their home. One of her favorite verses was Philippians 4:6. She is missed more than words could ever express and her family's only peace is knowing she is with the lord. Wynell is survived by her children Tammy (Thomas) Greene, Teresa (Tim) Oisten, Elizabeth (Lukas) Stoumbos, Randall (Angie) Hatfield, Tyler Hatfield, Ashley (Nate) Koubaitary, Crystal (Tommy) Weaver, Scott Hatfield and Casey Hatfield; her 24 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Marci Addington and Paulette Greene. She is preceded in death by her sister Willie Brooks and her brother Alton along with her parents Olivet and Delphia Harris.
