William Edward Queen, Jr.

William Edward Queen Jr, 70, of Lawrence, passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo.

He was born May 19, 1951 in Benton Harbor, the son of  the late William Queen Sr.and Bertha (Phillips) Queen.

On January 16, 1951,  he was united in marriage to Judy Fake Queen who survives.

He is also survived by his daughter, Amanda Bajo; son, Jason Imbordino; two grandchildren, Aiden Bajo and Kara Bajo; nieces, Kimmy (Bobby) McGauvran, Tammy (Jim Conley) Nguyen, Jessica Queen and Sarah Queen.

Bill served his country in the Army and then took a job with the United States Postal Service, where he retired after many years of service. He owned his own plane and enjoyed flying. Bill also enjoyed painting, building, working around his yard and spending time with his grandchildren.

Cremation will take place. There will be no services at this time.
