Vivian passed away Sunday, July 24, 2011 at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence in Kalamazoo. Vivian was born October 19, 1925 in South Haven the daughter of the late Nicholas and Amber (Struble) DeBolt. She enjoyed music, dancing and knitting. On August 9, 1964 in South Haven, Vivian was united in marriage to Garner O. DeWaters who survives. Also surviving are a son, Nick (Carolyn) Nelson of South Haven; 8 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Pam Haitt. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held Saturday, 10 a.m. at Hill Cemetery, Lawrence.
