Robin Ann Mayer, 61, of Paw Paw, went home to her Lord and savior peacefully Sunday, January 9, 2022, at her home.
She was born May 26, 1960 in Holland, the daughter of the late Edward Nyland and Jeanne (Heiden) Nyland.
Robin has been a longtime active member of RedArrow Ministries in Paw Paw, where she served as an Elder and a ministry leader. Making things beautiful inside and out was her passion. Her unique talent for design and decorating was apparent in every project she completed. Robin was able to take the most simple object and turn it into a work of art. She had a deep love for everyone and was devoted to helping others. Her strong faith in the Lord guided Robin through every storm during her life.
On February 15, 1991, during a snowstorm in Saugatuck, Michigan, Robin married Christopher Mayer who survives.
She is also survived by her sister, Jill (Wayne) VanDam; brother, Jack Nyland; daughter, Brittany Mayer; son, Alex Mayer; and her grandson, Garrick Mayer.
Cremation will take place. There will be a life celebration held at RedArrow Ministries, 31133 E. Red Arrow Highway, Paw Paw, Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Buddy Turner and Rev. Maria Bowater officiating. Following services, there will be a time of fellowship and refreshments.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to benevolence fund at RedArrow Ministries to assist with expenses.
