Robert passed away Wednesday morning, June 19, 2013 at his home. He was born November 25, 1964 in Kalamazoo, the son of Robert W. and Kathryn M. (Morrissey) Jensen. After high school, Robert enlisted into the U.S. Army and served honorably for 3 years. He was a social person and loved being with family and friends. Surviving are 2 children, Kaleigh and Kenny Jensen and their mother, Tina Sherburn of Lawton; parents, Robert and Kathryn Jensen of Paw Paw; brother, John (Tara) Jensen of Paw Paw; 3 sisters, Wendy (Scott) Dorabialski of Lansing, IL, Amy (Garth Killeen) Jensen of Gobles and Pam (Jerry) Rowe of Lawrence; many nieces and nephews; 1 great niece. He was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Jensen. Family will receive friends, Friday, 11:00 until noon at the Gathering Place Church, 30037 E. Red Arrow Highway, Paw Paw where funeral services will be held at noon with Pastor Dan Webb officiating. Robert will receive full military honors with interment in Wildey Cemetery, Paw Paw. Memorial contributions may be made to the Education fund for his son, Kenny, payable to Tina Sherburn. Please mail contribution to the funeral home.
