Richard William Timkovich, Sr. passed away peacefully at home with his family at his side on Sunday, July 24, 2011. Richard was born November 28, 1933 in Paw Paw, MI. Richard, fondly called Dick or Tink by friends and family, was preceded in death by his parents, William and Marie (Fake) Timkovich and several aunts and uncles. Dick was an Army veteran, farmer, and a machinist for 32 years at Duo-Tang/Centis. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Rosemarie (Labadie); five children, Richard Jr. (Audrey) of Austin, TX, Scott of Berrien Springs, Timothy (Melanie) of Paw Paw, Fred (Patricia) of Burton, MI and Roxann Ballard (Douglas) of Paw Paw; eight grandchildren, Max, Ariel, Alyssa, Dylan, Derek, Natasha, Andrew and Sean; sister, Judy Queen (Bill) of Lawrence; special niece, Skip Kasprzak (Bob) of Gaylord, MI; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw where funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. with Rev. Glen Cowles officiating. Interment will follow in Wildey Cemetery, Paw Paw with military honors. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southwest Michigan.
