Ralph William Parker, 91, of Marcellus, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Maple Lake Assisted Living in Paw Paw.
He was born May 26, 1933, in Aurora, Illinois, the son of Jonathan and Rhoda (Robinson) Parker.
Ralph was a resident of Marcellus before moving to Maple Lake Assisted Living in Paw Paw. He was a man of many talents and possessed a wealth of knowledge. He was an avid farmer and loved being outdoors. Ralph enjoyed biking, skiing in the winter months, golfing and traveling to see the world. He attended Schoolcraft Presbyterian Church and was a longtime member of the church choir. Ralph will be deeply missed by his beloved family.
He is survived by his nine children, David (Rebecca) Parker, Beth (Robert) Dyer, Anne Goodrich, Laura Parker, Jon (Lisa) Parker, Susan (Stanley Dahm) Parker, Jeanne Parker, Andrew (Malika) Parker and Julia (Joseph) Helisek. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents and beloved wife, Janet (Southworth) Parker in 2019.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service honoring the life of Ralph will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025, at First Presbyterian Church of Schoolcraft, 224 E. Cass Street, Schoolcraft, MI 49087. There will be a reception following the service at the Westminster Hall.
