Mary Ann passed away Saturday afternoon, March 31, 2012 at her home. She was born February 15, 1944 in South Bend, IN the daughter of the late Omer and Mary Alice (Myers) Whetstone. Mary Ann enjoyed traveling, reading, gardening and going to casinos. She was a member of the Paw Paw-Lawton Eagles and was a foster parent for many years. On May 23, 1964 in Roseland, IN Mary Ann was united in marriage to Howard L. Weston who preceded her in death on Feb. 21, 2012 and a baby Alex. Surviving are 10 children, Karen Franks of Kalamazoo, Julie (Perry) Kiggans, Timothy Weston, Lori Weston all of Paw Paw, Brenda (Mark) Frick of Portage, Michael (Sarah) Weston and Wendy (Tony) Lassen of Paw Paw, Heather Weston of Bangor, Kristen Weston of Paw Paw and Danielle Holewa of Lawrence; 16 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Jerry Whetstone of Decatur; several nieces and nephews; 2 special buddies, Toby and Spanky. There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be held Monday, April 9 at 1 p.m. for both Mary Ann and her husband, Howard at Cuddeback Cemetery, Paw Paw. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southwest Michigan.
