Mary passed away Friday afternoon, March 25, 2011 at her home. She was born April 10, 1930 in Dowagiac, MI the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Karasek) Lutz. Mary lived on a farm and loved gardening, cooking and raising her boer goats. Surviving are a son: Michael (Tamera) Burch of Lawrence; grandson, Nicholas (FiancAC.e, Staci) Burch of Lawrence; granddaughter, Sarah (Eric) Hutchins of Lawrence; great grandson, Lyam; two sisters, Anna Wetterman of TN, and Joanie (Fred) Prak of Decatur; brother, Bob (Jenny) Lutz of Decatur; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Bryan Burch and a sister, Shirley Bratticus. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to West Michigan Cancer Center, Kalamazoo. Arrangements are by the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
