passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Jodie was born November 6, 1956 in Paw Paw, MI. She enjoyed traveling and going shopping, as well as watching her husband, Tom work in the garden. Jodie worked for the last five years for the Mattawan Public School district as a bus aide and loved her work as well as the people she worked with. On April 10, 1976 Jodie was united in marriage to her loving and devoted husband, Tom, who survives her. Also surviving are her children, Sarah Mejeur, T.J. (Shannon) Mejeur and Amy Mejeur; 8 grandchildren; father, Jim Beebe (Pat Conoley); brothers, John (Cindy) Beebe, Mike (Amy) Beebe; sister-in-law, Ruth Willsea. Jodie was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Beebe in 2006 and a brother, Jimmy. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends on Saturday (6/16) from 11:00am - 1:00pm at the Adams Funeral Home. Private family services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Southwest Michigan.
