Janice Evonne Moyle

Janice Evonne Moyle, 87, of Kalamazoo, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2024. 

She was born January 8, 1937, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the daughter of the late Wesley Ballett and Lucille (Miller) Ballett.

She is survived by her daughter, Denise Jacobs of Lawton; son, Brian (Lauren) Moyle of Treasure Island, FL; four grandchildren, Erin Buhl, Stephanie Smith, Zachary Moyle and Alex Moyle; three great-grandchildren, Landon Buhl, Carter Buhl and Ramona Smith. 

Janice was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Leroy James Moyle, sisters, Dorothy Schelb, Nadine Kendall, Millicent Kotrba, and Barbara Beaver.

Jan loved working puzzles, word searches and playing board games. Her favorite was Rummikub. She enjoyed being in the kitchen and trying new recipes. She will be remembered for making the very best potato salad. Time spent with her family meant the most to Jan. She had previously volunteered with the American Red Cross and traveled to assist in disaster relief.
