Ian Dominic Ridderbos

Ian Dominic Ridderbos, age 43, of Sparta, Michigan left his earthly life August 24, 2018. He was born May 28, 1975 in Paw Paw to John and Dee Ann (Sperti) Ridderbos. Ian was raised in Paw Paw, Michigan and graduated in 1994 from Paw Paw High School. Ian continued his education attending Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Eastern Michigan University and American Public University.

Ian was a Lead Medical Support Assistant of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Wyoming, Michigan.

Surviving are Ian’s parents, brother, John (Nikki) Ridderbos; nephew, Alexander Ridderbos and niece, Alyssa Ridderbos. Ian is survived by his paternal grandmother, Emma Ridderbos along with aunts, uncles and many cousins. Ian is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, John Ridderbos and maternal grandparents, Pauline and Dominic Sperti.

Ian enjoyed spending time with his friends, camping, grilling, rafting and reading.

Services for Ian will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Wings of God, 301 North Kalamazoo St., Paw Paw, MI or Eleanor’s Pantry, 221 Drew Street, Paw Paw, MI.

The family is being assisted by Pastor Eric Gledhill of Trinity Lutheran Church, Paw Paw and Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
