Passed away on May 9, 2012 at the Doctors Hospital in Edenberg, Texas where he and his wife spent their winters. Glen was born June 2, 1936, the son of the late Theron and Audrey Belanga. He was an elevator mechanic for Dover and later in his life worked at the Federal Center in Battle Creek. On August 6, 1976 Glen was united in marriage to his loving wife, Marjorie (Cole) Belanga, who survives. Also surviving are his daughters, Glenda Karian and Lisa Belanga; step-children, Kathy (LaMarr) Brooks, Karen DeVries and Karol DeBoer; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sister, Joan (Frank) Waitas; brother, Ronnie (Candy) Belanga. He was preceded in death by a step-son, Edward Deboer. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial service held on Thursday, May 24th, 11:00am at the First Christian Church in Paw Paw, Rev. Ron Packer officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to the First Christian Church.
