Frank Edward Vidervol, age 95, of Kalamazoo, passed away November 18, 2016. He was born May 5, 1921 in Kitzsville, Minnesota, to the late Frank and Rosa (Boch) Vidervol. He leaves behind his wife Betty (Georgoff), four nieces, Evelyn (John) Dietz, Deborah J. Russell, Penny (John) Brinks and Margaret O’Conner, three step children, along with many great nieces and great nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his two sisters, Emily Smith and Sophie Strazishar. Frank was a longtime member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Paw Paw, member of the American Legion, McGowan-Johnson Post #68, Knights of Columbus, Fraternal Order of Police and the Disabled American Veterans. Cremation has taken place. Frank will be laid to rest at Oak Grove Cemetery, Lawton, on Friday, November 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
