His hobbies included working on cars and do-it-yourself home maintenance. He also enjoyed playing Shanghai Rummy, Rummikub, and ladder golf. Most of all, Frank loved spending time with his grandchildren and his dogs.

He is also survived by his three daughters, Marsha (Warren) Miller, Christine Chappell and Frances (Scott) Terry; two sons, Mark Koziol and Eugene Koziol; five grandchildren, Lonni (Ryan) Farero, Brooke (Yousef) Fadel, Eleephra (Jim) Hunsberger, David (Danai) Miller and Seesha (Kory) Larson; five great-grandchildren, Cassie Miller-Byam, Bradley Hunsberger, Will Hunsberger, Laith Fadel and Malek Fadel, three sisters, Lottie Kotlinski, Frances May, and Ursula Apida, brothers, Dennis (Sharla) Pacanowski, along with many nieces and nephews.
