Florence Mae Burlington (Conrad) Sperti, age 90, passed away very peacefully Saturday morning, April 11, 2015 at White Oaks in Lawton. Flo's life began in Detroit, MI and after school join the U.S. Navy, during World War II. She was an avid bowler, and loved her dogs. Flo was known for her volunteer work, and as "The Stuffed Animal Lady" and was a dedicated member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she served as the treasurer for many years. On January 4, 1969 in Paw Paw, Flo was united in marriage to Elmer A. Conrad who preceded her in death on April 22, 1984. On October 19, 1985 in Paw Paw she was united in marriage to Dominic Sperti who preceded her in death on September 25, 1996. Surviving are nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held in her memory at Trinity Lutheran Church on Thursday April 23rd, at 7 pm. A private internment is to be held at Fort Custer National Cemetery. A special Thank You to : Sharon Hudson, Sandy Revall and the Staff at White Oaks Retirement Residence for all their kindness and caring. At Flo's request, please no flowers. Donations to The Humane Society, Trinity Lutheran Church or White Oaks Residence was her wish. Arrangements are by the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
