Dorothy Elizabeth (Hansen) Potter

Dorothy Elizabeth Potter, 94, of Kalamazoo, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Borgess Place in Kalamazoo.

She was born March 17, 1929, in Decatur, the daughter of William Hansen and Signe Marie (Nystrom) Hansen.

Dorothy enjoyed spending her time reading and watching the birds.

She is survived by her two daughters, Brenda Leonard and Esther (Richard) Randall, one son, Ronald (Caroline) Potter along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Potter and her brothers, William Hansen, Roger Hansen and Norman Hansen.

Cremation will take place. There will be no public services for Dorothy. She will be placed to rest at Oak Grove Cemetery in Lawton.
