passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Tendercare of Kalamazoo. Diane was born July 17, 1927 in Atlanta, GA. She managed a large apartment complex in Chicago for many years where she always liked to dress up and look sharp. Diane had a love for dogs and enjoyed watching old movies and in her younger years loved to cook. In 1982 Diane was united in marriage to her loving husband, Perry Q. Adams who preceded her in death in 2009. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Hershel. Diane is survived by a son, Peter (Denise) Meyerchick III; step-daughters, Elizabeth Sue Adams (John DiPonio), Stacy Katherine (Derrick) Schmittling and Marilyn Kristine (Daniel) Sprague; grandchildren, Kristin, Austin, Jacob, Jessica, Nicholas, Anneliza, Colton, Loren; special friends, Marilyn & Joseph Couture. Graveside services will be held on Friday (11/23), 12:00 noon at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI where interment will follow.
