Delores Eileen (Westphal) Butcher-Evink

Delores Eileen Butcher-Evink, 93, of Lawton, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 23, 2022.

She was born August 4, 1928 in Marcellus, Michigan, the daughter of Harold Westphal and Georgia (Boyer) Westphal.

Delores enjoyed camping with her children when they were younger, she was a hard worker, working as a waitress, Paw Paw Plating and Welch Foods. She loved to cook, go shopping, play Bingo and stopping at garage sales.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Butcher, her second husband, Marvin Evink, one son, Thomas (Mary) Butcher, sister, Velda Quick.

She is also survived by her two sons, David (Chris) Butcher and William (Cindy) Butcher, one daughter, Judy (Eldon) Van Niman; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 17 great great-grandchildren, and her lifelong dear friend, Sylvia Sherburn, along with several nieces and nephews.

Cremation will take place. There will be a private interment at Oak Grove Cemetery at a later date.
