Christine Jane Reed

Christine Jane Reed passed away while fighting cancer on October 24, 2022.  She was born March 20, 1972, in Kalamazoo, Michigan to James and Patricia Reed.  Christine grew up in Paw Paw, Michigan, with her two siblings, and resided there for most of her life.

Christine is a graduate of Paw Paw High School and Western Michigan University.  She graduated from Western Michigan University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mass Communication/Media Studies.  She worked in the Audio/Visual department making videos for Engineering Plastic Components (EPC) in Mattawan, Michigan.  She enjoyed singing karaoke and loved writing music.  Christine, also, participated in sports in high school.

Christine was preceded in death by her parents, James and Patricia Reed.  She is survived by two sisters; Ann Murphy and Dolores Quinlan.  She is also survived by two nephews and many cousins.

Christine will be buried next to her parents, James and Patricia Reed.  A Committal Ceremony at Saint Mary Cemetery will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022 at 11:15 a.m.  A Celebration of Life will be arranged later, in Pennsylvania, with the family.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Saint Mary Catholic Church.
