Chester E. Merwin

Chester E. Merwin, 68, of Paw Paw, MI, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2022, at his home in Paw Paw with his family by side.

Chet was born in Battle Creek, MI, on May 13, 1954, the son to the late Forrest Merwin and Marian (French) Merwin.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Bean) Merwin, son, Brian Merwin; daughter, Jamie (Patrick) Dougherty; sister, Charlotte (Ron) Vodjdani; brother, Charles "Chuck" (Sandy) Merwin, along with many nieces and nephews and his grand dogs.

Chet was a simple, hardworking family man that enjoyed helping others. He was an avid fisherman and loved flying his RC planes.

Family and friends will visit Saturday, January 7, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 502 West Michigan Ave., Paw Paw, MI, where a sharing of memories will commence at 12:00 p.m. Following services, there will be a luncheon held at the funeral home.
