Chester Garfield Dillenbeck, Jr., age 86, of Paw Paw, passed away June 25, 2016. He was born March 5, 1930 in Lawrence MI, to the late Chester Garfield, Sr., and Mary (Hough) Dillenbeck. He is survived by his four children, Michael Joseph Dillenbeck, John Scott (Cathy) Dillenbeck, Cindy Lou (Archie Allen) Hall and Chester Garfield (Rebecca) Dillenbeck III, 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and two brothers, Fred and Tom. Chet was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Lou and his son, Jeffrey Phillip Dillenbeck. Chet served his country in the Army, he did mechanical work for Harvey Ford, Tapper Chevrolet and Maple Hill Auto. He later started his own business, C.J. Total in Paw Paw. He was an excellent mechanic as well as an inventor. He was easy going and in his spare time, enjoyed the outdoors, spending time fishing and camping. Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 2-5 p.m., at the Adams Funeral Home, 502 W., Michigan Ave, Paw Paw.
