Cecil Thomas Eddy

Cecil Thomas Eddy, age 78 of Paw Paw, passed away in his sleep on January 10, 2023. He was born on July 30, 1944, to Hulon and Dolly Eddy. Cecil married the love of his life, Betty Carol Mills, on December 7, 1964. They had 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. His main interests in life were gardening, fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with family and friends. Cecil was in the National Guard. He was preceded in death by both his parents, his infant son David Eddy, his brother James Eddy, and two sisters, Ruby Eddy and Martha Kennedy. Cecil is survived by his children: Jennifer (Bill) Wells of Paw Paw, Michigan and Brian Eddy of Gladwin, Michigan; his four grandchildren: Will (Alicia) Wells of Paw Paw, Laura Wells of Paw Paw, Reese (Jeff) Phillips of Morrice, Michigan, and Branden Eddy of Fenton, Michigan; his two great-grandsons: Liam Wells and Harrison Wells of Paw Paw; his brother Mike Eddy of Gurdon, Arkansas; his sisters: Doris (Kirby) Jones of Chidester, Arkansas and Kathryn Eddy of Chidester, Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews. Cecil was cremated and a memorial service will follow at a later date.
