Passed away suddenly April 6, 2012 in Kalamazoo. Billy was born December 24, 1965 in Decatur, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Terry. Surviving are his mother, Rachel Terry; brothers, Mose Franks, Ray Franks, Harvey Terry, Dewey (Donna) Terry; sister, Roxanne Terry; son, Robert Franks (Bethany) all of Paw Paw; daughter, Kristina (Justin) Parker of Battle Creek; 2 grandchildren who he adored, Trinity Franks and Kallie Franks and was expecting another in June; several nieces and nephews. Billy was united in marriage to Karen Weston in 1984, who remained his life-long companion. He worked at Warner Vineyards until they closed and then worked in construction. Billy was a kind and compassionate family man who was willing to help anyone in need. He enjoyed working on cars, hunting and fishing and spending time with his family. Graveside services will be held April 23rd at 2 p.m.
