passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Betty was born on September 3, 1944 in Detroit, MI. She loved spending time on Lake Michigan, especially viewing lighthouses. Lighthouses, both real and figurines were a true passion of hers. She also loved to read and spend time bird watching. Betty is survived by her four children, Jonathan McCauley, Jeffrey McCauley, Christopher (Traci) Cox and Chantell (Charles) Holloway; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; her mother, Evaline Brown; two sisters, Kathy (David) Kilgore and Bonita Uhte. She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Brown; sister, Barbara and her brother, Carl. Family will receive friends on Tuesday (6/12) from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00pm at the Adams funeral Home, Paw Paw for a time of sharing and fellowship. No funeral services will be held. Per her wishes, cremation will follow the visitation.
